Job Title: Cardiac Data Processing Specialist

Location: Chennai, Trivandrum (Office-Based)

Responsibilities:

  • Review cardiac data recording demographics against trial-specific data acquisition guides.

  • Receive, deliver, and process cardiac data, coordinating with assigned Medical Operations.

  • Communicate data discrepancies to clinical trial sponsors and/or sites via the Query Management System.

  • Correct data demographics based on site/sponsor query responses or through self-evident corrections.

  • Investigate and report the status of specific data and queries to the Manager, Incoming Data Processing.

  • Utilize the time reporting system accurately, signing and reporting all exception time weekly.

  • Complete administrative tasks such as travel and expense reporting in a timely manner.

  • Perform responsibilities in alignment with the Company’s mission and goals.

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or professional certification.

  • 1-2 years of experience in data coordination, data entry, quality assurance, customer service, or a similar field.

  • Experience within healthcare or clinical trials preferred.
