Job Title: Cardiac Data Processing Specialist
Location: Chennai, Trivandrum (Office-Based)

Responsibilities:
Review cardiac data recording demographics against trial-specific data acquisition guides.
Receive, deliver, and process cardiac data, coordinating with assigned Medical Operations.
Communicate data discrepancies to clinical trial sponsors and/or sites via the Query Management System.
Correct data demographics based on site/sponsor query responses or through self-evident corrections.
Investigate and report the status of specific data and queries to the Manager, Incoming Data Processing.
Utilize the time reporting system accurately, signing and reporting all exception time weekly.
Complete administrative tasks such as travel and expense reporting in a timely manner.
Perform responsibilities in alignment with the Company’s mission and goals.
Qualifications:
Associate degree or professional certification.
1-2 years of experience in data coordination, data entry, quality assurance, customer service, or a similar field.
Experience within healthcare or clinical trials preferred.
