Position Overview: The Cardiac Data Processing Specialist is responsible for data review, quality assurance, and data correction according to predefined study-specific specifications. You will work with recordings from clinical trial participants and pre-recorded test data, utilizing various cardiac analysis software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review cardiac data demographics against trial-specific data acquisition guides.
  • Receive, process, and communicate data to assigned Medical Operations.
  • Address data discrepancies with clinical trial sponsors and/or sites via the Query Management System.
  • Correct data demographics based on site/sponsor query responses or make necessary self-evident corrections.
  • Investigate and report the status of specific data and queries to the Incoming Data Processing Manager.
  • Use the time reporting system to sign and report any exception time weekly.
  • Complete administrative tasks such as travel and expense reporting in a timely manner.
  • Conduct responsibilities professionally, aligning with the company’s mission and goals.

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or professional certification.
  • 1-2 years of experience in data coordination/data entry, quality assurance, customer service, or a similar role.
  • Experience in healthcare or clinical trials is preferred.
