Business Development Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to expand client base and market presence.
  • Identify and establish relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, and clinical research sectors.
  • Drive lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth through targeted sales initiatives.
  • Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and business presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients.
  • Track and report sales performance metrics to optimize business strategies.
  • Represent Clinztech at industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's/Master’s in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years in business development, sales, or client management within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or clinical research industry.
  • Skills:
    • Strong networking and negotiation abilities.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
    • Strategic thinking with a results-driven approach.
    • Proficiency in CRM tools, business analytics, and market research.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in clinical research organizations (CROs) or pharmaceutical sales.
