Quality Auditor
Location: Indianapolis, IN (Hybrid/Onsite)

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct audits as identified on the audit activity table and review audit responses for completeness.
  • Act as a liaison between Quality Assurance (QA) and operational departments during business partner meetings.
  • Report on quality metrics for single topics or departments and highlight trends.
  • Ensure adherence to assigned activity timelines.
  • Peer review QA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with Regulatory Compliance and Quality Assurance (RC&QA) guidelines.
  • Interpret and apply regulations to assess compliance and convey expectations.
  • Challenge processes and adapt to an evolving work environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 2 years in a regulatory environment (experience in GXP roles required).
  • Strong knowledge of applicable regulations with the ability to interpret and apply them.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and identify quality-critical issues.
  • Exceptional communication and adaptability in dynamic settings.
