Days/Hours – Monday through Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm, 30 minute lunch break
Schedule all study patient’s appointments in Athena according to their visit calculator and confirm all appointments prior to their visit.
Maintain outlook study calendar for all study patient visits, monitoring visits and site initiation visits.
Must be proficient in Spanish translation. Must be willing and able to translate Spanish consent forms, questionnaires and other documents as needed.
Schedule transportation for all study patients, using the designated taxi service for each individual study.
Main point of contact for all phone calls for Study Department and direct calls to appropriate study staff. Must be able to accurately take messages.
Proficient in Word and Excel.
