Essential Job Duties:

  • Manage external rewards vendors and coordinate with various partners.
  • Educate vendors on payment requirements and follow up on invoices or necessary corrections.
  • Create, track, and extend purchase orders (POs) as necessary and ensure required approvals are obtained.
  • Support Benefits Managers in critical projects and benefits renewals.
  • Monitor cost-saving initiatives and report findings to Benefit Leaders.
  • Serve as the primary contact for escalated queries from Global People Services, providing answers or guidance as necessary.
  • Lead and complete benefit surveys as needed.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining benefits process documents.
  • Submit data to providers and payroll regarding Benefits, Pension Scheme, and Healthcare policies across multiple countries.

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in benefits management.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Expert proficiency in Excel.
  • Project management experience.
