Role Overview

Are you a Registered Nurse eager to work on innovative clinical trials that bring life-changing treatments to patients? Illingworth Research Group seeks motivated nurses with strong clinical skills, a compassionate approach, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

This flexible role involves traveling to patients’ homes to conduct study-specific clinical tasks, including sample collection, administering treatments, and completing detailed data reports.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform clinical tasks such as phlebotomy, ECGs, and subcutaneous injections.
  • Process and handle blood specimens and administer intravenous therapies.
  • Manage central venous access when required.
  • Conduct observations and specimen collections per study protocols.
  • Accurately document and report clinical data.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to ensure study success while maintaining a patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

Essential:

  • Registered Nurse qualification (Adult or Pediatric).
  • Clinical research experience and knowledge of ICH-GCP (training can be provided).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in IT and basic computer software applications.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle (essential for travel).

Desirable (Training Available):

  • Training in handling and transporting hazardous substances.
  • Cannulation and administration of intravenous therapies.
  • Experience working with central venous access devices.
