Responsibilities:

  • Assist doctors in documenting patient interactions within electronic health records (EHR).
  • Support various specialties, including but not limited to primary care, orthopedics, and rheumatology.
  • Participate in a specialized training program designed to optimize efficiency with US doctors.
  • Update patient history, physical exams, and other relevant health information as required.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards.
  • Perform additional duties to enhance provider productivity and workflow as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Graduates from any discipline are welcome to apply.
  • Fluency in English with strong comprehension and writing skills.
  • Proficient computer skills, including a good typing speed and adaptability to new technology.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on excellence in execution.
  • Passionate about healthcare and helping others.
  • Willingness to work night shifts in India (aligning with US Day shifts, EST to PST time zones).
