Role Overview:

We are seeking an Associate Project/Project Manager to join our Global Clinical Supplies Team. This role can be office-based, hybrid, or fully remote. You will oversee the supply chain for complex global clinical trials, ensuring compliance with company and client requirements while managing projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Study-Specific Plans: Develop study-specific plans and oversee execution for assigned projects.
  • Team Coordination: Meet with internal teams to coordinate efforts, assess risks, and update project reports.
  • Supply Chain Integration: Ensure clinical supplies activities are aligned with the supply chain strategy and comply with GxP regulations.
  • Regulatory Training: Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on new regulations.
  • Internal & External Representation: Represent the department at internal and external meetings, projects, and strategic initiatives.
  • Mentorship: Guide and support junior team members, fostering their development.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to initiatives for process improvement within the team and organization.
  • Bidding Participation: Engage in bidding and bid defense opportunities when needed.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding supply chain requests, concerns, and updates.

Education and Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent formal academic qualification.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in project management or a related field, with a strong understanding of clinical supply operations.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Communication Skills: Strong English communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-Solving and Leadership: Excellent planning, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with effective leadership and team-building skills.
  • Customer-Focused: Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality customer service.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and in a team environment with minimal supervision.
  • Client Management: Proven experience in client relationship building and third-party management.
