The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) program addresses the needs of healthcare professionals (HCPs) seeking in-depth scientific information.

Role Summary

The Associate Director will lead operational and capability initiatives for Field Medical teams, focusing on optimizing MSL impact through technology, AI integration, engagement planning, CRM management, and content/reporting processes. The role reports to the Senior Director - Global Field Medical Operations and Capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Field Medical Operations and Capabilities

  • Drive advancement of Field Medical capabilities, including virtual and AI-embedded processes.

  • Lead the India FMSO team to deliver world-class operations.

  • Identify and implement technologies and processes to optimize field operations.

  • Partner with therapeutic teams to operationalize focus areas and lead structural planning.

  • Maintain performance, quality, and compliance in service delivery.

  • Oversee project execution across Field Medical Operations.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME)

  • Deliver and innovate field operations technologies with a focus on AI.

  • Prioritize platform roadmaps, define requirements, and manage user testing.

  • Act as System Owner and business SME for Field Medical platforms.

  • Provide user training and support.

  • Represent business needs in system governance and prioritization.

  • Continuously improve platforms based on user feedback and data insights.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 3+ years of direct experience supporting field operations (e.g., field structure, engagement planning, reporting)

  • Experience with Field Medical platforms and processes (e.g., CRM, Field Insights, H1, AI integration)

  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Compensation

  • Salary Range: $122,250 - $179,300 (dependent on education, experience, skills, and location)

  • Additional Compensation: Company bonus eligibility based on performance
