About the Role:

Our esteemed client in the Bay Area is seeking an experienced Associate Director of Clinical Operations to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and oversee the planning, execution, and closeout of clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all phases of clinical trials from planning to closeout.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure study timelines and objectives are met.
  • Manage trial budgets, resources, and schedules effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry guidelines.
  • Assist in the creation and refinement of study protocols and related documentation.
  • Act as a liaison between investigational sites and internal teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Healthcare).
  • At least 5 years of experience in clinical operations.
  • Proven track record of managing studies independently.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
