Job Description

Position: Associate/Consultant, Global Pricing and Market Access

As an Associate/Consultant in Global Pricing and Market Access, you will play a crucial role in delivering client consultancy projects and managing project-related analytics using our industry platforms, Pricentric and PriceRight. You will enrich these tools with tailored insights and custom research, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of client projects.

In this role, you will support research and lead analyses focused on pricing strategies, market access launch strategies, competitor research, value-based pricing, HTA, and more. You will facilitate client analyses, identify client needs and problems, implement data-driven solutions, and manage the team's workload to meet deliverables. This position offers significant growth opportunities, and effective consultants/associates will also contribute to business development and revenue goals.

Location: Remote (full-time), ideally based in Poland, Ireland, Switzerland, or the UK, with potential locations in Spain, Portugal, Germany, or Italy. The candidate must be legally eligible to work in the European Union or the UK.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support the design, development, and delivery of client analyses and deliverables.
  • Assist in developing client reports and presentations, and deliver findings to clients.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through follow-up after project completion.
  • Apply business experience to identify strategic alternatives and enhance project value.
  • Contribute to the development of intellectual property for future engagements.
  • Expand knowledge of consulting methodologies and the pharmaceutical market through experience and training.
  • Maintain high attention to quality and detail with strong written and spoken English.
  • Demonstrate excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills, presenting information effectively and creatively.

Qualifications:

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, medical, or health industry.
  • Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead projects, self-awareness, accountability, and strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent project management and quantitative/qualitative market research skills. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Capabilities: Ability to analyze large data sets, work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects. Willingness to travel approximately 10-20% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced Degree: MBA, MS, MPH, or equivalent.
  • Experience: Background in International Pricing and Market Access, analytics, and modeling/forecasting. Over one year of management consulting experience.
