Position Summary

We are currently seeking a Competitive Intelligence (CI) Associate Consultant to support Trinity’s strategic advisory (SA) teams with research support activities.

Position Responsibilities

  • Research:

    • Conduct secondary desk research using multiple data sources (Cortellis, clinicaltrials.gov, analyst reports, others).
    • Develop competitive intelligence reports on pharmaceutical products, disease areas, or specific companies in the life sciences industry.
    • Communicate and present research findings and reports to SA team members.
  • Management:

    • Manage time and client deliverables effectively with regular communication to SA team members/PMs.
    • Collaborate with the Knowledge Management and SA team members to develop and implement the SOPs for CI/secondary research support.
  • Skills:

    • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and attention to detail in sorting data through various data sources.
    • Utilize strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

  • Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree with high academic achievement.
    • Major in health sciences and/or demonstrated interest in life sciences is a plus.
  • Experience:

    • 1-3 years of research experience in consulting, research organizations, or related fields.
  • Skills:

    • Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
    • Deep proficiency in MS Office Suite (Microsoft Word, PPT, and Outlook).
    • Foundational knowledge of MS Excel is required.
    • Knowledge of Tableau/PowerBI/Smartsheet is a plus.
    • Detail-oriented with superior organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work under the pressure of deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
