Job Overview:
In this role, you will be part of the Customer Retention Program Implementation team, driving customer loyalty and enhancing customer experiences. The team focuses on delivering value by identifying and addressing unmet customer needs to improve perceived value and satisfaction. Your responsibilities will involve supporting customer retention efforts and collaborating with teams to execute strategies that enhance customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solve routine problems with guidance and based on established guidelines.
  • Work primarily within your own team, under the direction of your supervisor.
  • Participate in customer retention programs by identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct customer surveys and manage communication efforts to retain existing customers.
  • Assist with lead/opportunity generation, including calls, emails, and social media outreach.
  • Support sales and marketing teams with scheduling meetings and creating awareness for customer retention initiatives.
  • Deliver customer and brand experiences to enhance customer loyalty.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Any Graduation.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Skills:
    • Strong client relationship skills.
    • Ability to perform under pressure and adapt to changing needs.
    • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.
    • Ability to work independently and contribute to a team.
