Associate Clinical Data Coordinator

Location: Kochi, Kerala, India

Job Overview:
Assist the Data Manager in managing various data management projects as per sponsor requirements, ensuring the delivery of efficient, high-quality management products. Coordinate with other departments, sites, and sponsors as necessary.

Essential Functions:

  • Perform or assist with regular data cleaning activities to ensure clean data and timely, quality deliverables to the sponsor.

  • Serve as a back-up to a Senior Data Coordinator or Data Team Lead.

  • Manage allocated tasks with minimal oversight.

  • Ensure all deliverables meet expected quality standards and customer expectations with the support of the Senior Data Manager.

  • Interact with Data Management team leaders to report on the quality of data collection and task completion.

  • Attend internal study meetings and internal/sponsor audits.

  • Assist in tracking and managing projects, oversee project progress, identify risks, and take corrective action as recommended by the Data Team Lead.

  • Maintain compliance with training requirements and electronic SOP reading.

  • Foster collaborative communication with the Data Team Lead and other cross-functional team members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Science, Pharmacy, or equivalent preferred.

  • Fluency in spoken and written English.

  • Proficiency with basic computer applications such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and email.

  • Basic understanding of the drug development lifecycle and overall clinical research process.
