Associate Clinical Data Coordinator – India

Department: Clinical Data Management
Location: Kochi, Kerala
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Overview:
Perform and assist the Data Manager in managing various data management projects as per sponsor requirements and provide efficient, quality management products. Support coordination with other departments, sites, and sponsors as needed.

Essential Functions:

  • Perform and assist with regular data cleaning activities to ensure clean data with quality and timely deliverables to sponsors.

  • Serve in the role of back-up to a Senior Data Coordinator or Data Team Lead.

  • Manage allocated tasks with minimum oversight.

  • Ensure that all deliverables meet expected quality standards and customer expectations with support from the Senior Data Manager.

  • Interact with Data Management team leaders to report on the quality of data collection and task completion.

  • Attend internal study meetings and internal/sponsor audits.

  • Assist in tracking and managing projects, oversee project progress, identify risks, and take corrective actions as recommended by the Data Team Lead (DTL).

  • Remain compliant with training requirements and eSOP reading.

  • Maintain collaborative communication with the Data Team Lead and other cross-functional team members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Science, Pharmacy, or an equivalent field (preferred).

  • Fluency in spoken and written English.

  • Proficiency in basic computer applications like Microsoft Excel, Word, and email.

  • Basic understanding of the drug development lifecycle and overall clinical research process.
