Role Overview

The Pharmacovigilance Services Associate will play a key role in managing case identification, data entry, MedDRA coding, case processing, and follow-up activities for Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) in compliance with client guidelines and global regulatory requirements. This role also requires working with MICC experience and the ability to adapt to rotational shifts.

Key Responsibilities

Case Management: Create and manage case identification, data entry, MedDRA coding, case processing, and submission of ICSRs.
Follow-Up: Perform written follow-ups for both Serious and Non-serious cases in the safety database.
Reporting: Reconcile reports per the process and manage the Affiliate Mailbox.
Adherence to Guidelines: Ensure compliance with client guidelines and applicable global regulatory requirements.
Shift Flexibility: This position requires rotational shifts and working under pressure in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

🎓 Education:

  • Bachelor of Pharmacy or Master of Pharmacy
    💼 Experience:
  • 1-3 years of experience in Pharmacovigilance and Drug Safety Surveillance.
  • MICC experience is preferred.
