Position Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Associate Analyst to join our dynamic team focused on pricing data analysis within the healthcare and pharmaceutical sector. This is an entry-level role ideal for individuals with a passion for market research, data analysis, and the life sciences industry. As an Associate Analyst, you will support our clients with customized reports, research, and data-driven insights, ensuring the accuracy and relevance of pricing and competitor data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Excel Reports: Generate pricing and competitor reports, including data pull, standardization, and calculations.
  • Research: Conduct research on pharmaceutical market changes, legislative updates, and margin structures.
  • Analytics: Perform both basic and advanced analytics, using EVERSANA’s internal databases to drive insights.
  • Tool Management: Update and maintain pricing information in the portal and ensure accurate portal functionality.
  • Client Support: Provide live and offline support for client inquiries and customized reporting requests.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Biotech, or Life Sciences.
  • Experience: 0-1 years of work experience in a related field.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Market Research (data interpretation, secondary research, and analysis).
    • Strong communication skills in English (written and oral).
    • Knowledge of the Healthcare & Pharmaceutical domain is essential; familiarity with Pharmaceutical Market Access is a plus.
    • Basic SQL and Macros knowledge is an advantage.
    • Strong analytical skills, the ability to think conceptually, and manage time effectively.
