Position Overview:
The Associate Administrator supports the Center Administrator in overseeing the comprehensive operations of the healthcare center. This includes financial performance, patient care, facility and equipment management, compliance with regulations, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will possess both strategic oversight capabilities and hands-on management experience in a healthcare setting.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service & Compliance:

    • Demonstrate a commitment to exceptional service for both internal and external stakeholders.

    • Maintain professionalism in accordance with company standards.

    • Adhere to HIPAA regulations and handle PHI securely.

    • Maintain consistent, punctual, and reliable attendance.

  • Financial Management:

    • Develop and monitor budgets, address variances, and implement action plans.

    • Review financial documents including income statements and ledgers.

    • Oversee personnel and patient access scheduling.

  • Facility & Equipment Oversight:

    • Manage inventory and purchasing; ensure availability and maintenance of supplies and equipment.

    • Assist with facility policy updates to promote safety and operational efficiency.

  • Risk Management & Quality Assurance:

    • Ensure compliance with CMS, OSHA, HIPAA, and internal company policies.

    • Implement corrective actions following audits or incidents.

    • Monitor teammate safety and injury reporting procedures.

  • Patient Care Coordination:

    • Support patient responsibility for personal health and collaborate with clinicians.

    • Oversee safe treatment procedures and manage emergency preparedness.

  • Teammate Management:

    • Oversee hiring, performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and terminations.

    • Maintain updated personnel files and manage compensation processes.

    • Provide leadership, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.

    • Plan and maintain staff schedules, manage PTO, and ensure shift coverage.

    • Approve timecards, manage payroll concerns, and ensure legal compliance.

    • Conduct in-service training and competency assessments.


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range: $49,300 to $96,400 annually (based on factors like experience and education)

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma / GED (or higher)

  • 1+ year of healthcare leadership experience

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint


Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years in a healthcare environment

  • Prior management experience

  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and customer service skills

  • Experience with Clinical Operations systems

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish

  • Proven leadership, time management, and team development skills
