Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage CO month-end closing activities and generate management reports.
  • Oversee product cost controlling and planning (Standard/Actual Costing), including related projects.
  • Handle fixed assets and investment management, including feasibility analysis and ROI calculations.
  • Support business stakeholders with timely performance reports and analysis, tracking business activities.
  • Assist with plant budget preparation and rolling P&L forecasts.
  • Prepare variance analysis and reports for management.
  • Monitor plant internal controls and ensure accurate variance reporting.
  • Raise investment work orders for capital investments, regularly review, and maintain expectations.
  • Ensure timely asset capitalization and conduct physical verification as per asset management policy.
  • Execute product cost runs and related activities.
  • Regularly monitor production overhead and selling expense developments versus budget and report accordingly.
  • Estimate product costs to support quoting activities.
  • Review and determine product pricing, coordinating with stakeholders.
  • Run inventory valuation processes and generate corresponding reports.
  • Oversee CO month-end closing activities and group reporting.
  • Maintain CO master data and cost records, ensuring audit certification.
  • Support statutory and other audit requirements.

Professional Competencies:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce and ICWA or CA Inter.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Controlling, with at least 1 year in a manufacturing plant setting.

Personal Competencies:

  • Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting techniques, and financial statement analysis.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills across various functions.
