Your Role:

We are looking for an Assistant Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to join our rapidly expanding team in Barcelona. In this role, you will support the clinical trial process from start-up to close-out, ensuring high standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Study & Site Management: Assist in managing study-specific tasks as outlined in the task matrix, ensuring the smooth execution of clinical trials.
  • Training & Documentation: Provide support in the completion of study-specific training, ensuring all team members are properly oriented on systems and processes.
  • Study Support: Assist with pre-study assessments and review study data from multiple sources.
  • Essential Documents: Collect, review, and maintain essential documents, ensuring timely completion and compliance.
  • Site Staff Support: Provide assistance to site staff and ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date.

Education & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a life sciences-related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of clinical research experience (preferred), or relevant experience in clinical trials, data management, or healthcare.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Medical Knowledge: Basic understanding of medical/therapeutic areas and medical terminology.
  • GCP Knowledge: Ability to gain and maintain working knowledge of ICH GCP, applicable regulations, and PPD clinical research procedural documents.
  • Communication: Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to think critically, investigate issues, and perform root cause analysis.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of learning new software and systems.
