Job Title: Strategy Implementation and Market Development Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Strategy Implementation and Market Development Manager to join our team. This role involves implementing marketing strategies, gathering customer feedback, analyzing market trends, and establishing relationships with key opinion leaders. The manager will also oversee Continuing Medical Education (CME) initiatives and contribute to enhancing the company’s brand image.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Product Promotion: Implement marketing strategies using visual aids, gather competitor data, and analyze doctor prescription trends to align product pitches with market preferences.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and doctors, provide medical support through CME, and collaborate with project management to organize programs and events.
  • Goal Setting: Set weekly goals for products and doctors, study market trends and competitor products to ensure targets are met and adjust strategies as needed.
  • CME Coordination: Manage CME program logistics, persuade doctors to participate, arrange speakers and venues, and collaborate with other divisions for event organization.
  • Corporate Social Responsibility: Oversee logistics for CSR initiatives like the Life program, contributing to the company's brand image within the medical community.
  • Sales Review: Conduct weekly reviews of product sales, compare against targets, and take corrective actions to address any shortfalls.
  • Data Management: Manage Territory Data, engage with pharmacy managers and distributors, and input data into the Unnati portal. Maintain an updated list of doctors and track product status.
  • Scheduling and Reporting: Organize monthly schedules, input visit data, and generate reports to keep the portal updated.

Qualifications

  • Educational Qualification: B.Pharma
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in oncology, preferably in the designated region.

  • Technical Skills: Understanding of pharmaceutical marketing and oncology business, strong sales and marketing acumen, ability to identify market challenges and develop solutions, deep knowledge of customer behavior and oncology products.
  • Behavioral Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, effective leadership and collaboration, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and sound decision-making skills.
