About the TMF Team

The Trial Master File (TMF) Department plays a crucial role in clinical research by ensuring the organization, accessibility, and compliance of essential clinical documents. As a TMF Apprentice, you will:

  • Assist in document classification and quality control.

  • Perform trend analysis on deliverables and key performance metrics.

  • Support audit readiness and regulatory compliance efforts.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance documentation accuracy and efficiency.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and TMF processes.

  • Manage the electronic Trial Master File (eTMF), including classification, quality checks, and submission readiness.

  • Assist in audit preparation, address findings, and track performance metrics.

  • Support process improvements and client satisfaction initiatives.

  • Participate in team meetings, training programs, and business enhancement activities.

 

Qualifications & Skills

Education:

  • Recent graduate in Life Sciences, M.Tech, or B.Tech (Freshers eligible to apply).

Skills & Competencies:

Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data visualization tools.
Effective communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to collaborate in a structured and accuracy-driven environment.
Proactive learning mindset with a commitment to quality and compliance.
