Job Title: Apprentice

Job Overview

The Apprentice role will focus on streamlining time and absence processes for PAN India PPS sites, supporting HR operations, managing HRIS projects, and maintaining employee records. The role also involves preparing process notes, evaluating current practices, suggesting improvements, and supporting audits. The Apprentice will play a key part in ensuring efficient HR processes and an excellent employee experience.


Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Process Management

  • Streamline time and absence processes for all PPS sites across India.
  • Prepare and update process notes for all processes managed by GEEC (Global Employee Experience Center).
  • Periodically evaluate current HR practices and suggest areas for improvement.
  • Update and ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

HRIS Management

  • Support the implementation and maintenance of HRIS projects.
  • Manage and update employee records in Oracle Fusion HRIS.
  • Oversee end-to-end data management of employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Audit & Risk Support

  • Assist with internal and external audits.
  • Support risk-related processes to ensure HR operations comply with standards and regulations.

Employee Experience & Query Management

  • Provide a consistent and positive employee experience across all HR processes.
  • Manage HR queries and provide timely resolutions.

Qualifications

  • Educational Requirements: Not specified, but likely a relevant qualification in HR, Business Administration, or similar fields.
  • Skills & Experience:
    • Familiarity with HRIS systems (preferably Oracle Fusion).
    • Knowledge of HR operations and employee data management.
    • Ability to streamline processes and suggest improvements.
    • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
