Analyst, Site Support - India, Chennai (Hybrid, Office-Based)

We are currently looking for an Analyst, Site Support to join our dynamic and diverse team. In this role, you will provide essential data analysis support to the feasibility team, focusing on Investigator/site feasibility and patient recruitment planning. You will also assist the management team by providing data analysis for monthly metrics reporting and specific analysis projects. Additionally, you will be responsible for data entry into the 1SPRINT system, generating reports, and assisting in the development of questionnaires on Clicktools and mapping to 1SPRINT.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Investigator/Site Data Analysis: Conduct searches on investigators by country or specialty, analyze past recruitment rates by indication and country, and provide detailed metrics for Request for Proposals (RFPs) and proposals as needed.
  • Patient Recruitment Analysis: Evaluate patient recruitment rates, including metrics on the involvement of countries and regions in clinical studies.
  • Preferred Investigator Identification: Use performance data to identify and recommend preferred status for high-performing investigators.
  • Investigator Performance Review: Analyze and follow up on the performance of investigators under review.
  • Objective Adherence: Ensure strict adherence to all objectives, metrics, quality standards, and timelines related to feasibility and recruitment planning, maintaining system accuracy and effective communication.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Data Science, Life Sciences, Business, or relevant discipline).
  • Proven experience in data analysis and support, particularly in a clinical or research setting.
  • Strong proficiency with data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, data visualization tools, statistical software).
  • Experience maintaining and updating databases.
  • Exceptional skills in data analysis and interpretation.
  • Proficiency in generating reports, dashboards, and communication templates.
