Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Analyst to join our dynamic team, focusing on drug pricing and treatment cost calculations. This role involves supporting clients by updating drug indications, monitoring new product launches, conducting research on pharmaceutical regulations, and ensuring the accuracy of treatment cost data across multiple global markets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drug Pricing & Cost Calculation:

    • Update drug indications and dosing for treatment cost calculations across all therapeutic areas under the 14 WHO ATC series.
    • Determine the treatment cost for patients in over 100 markets.
  • Data Monitoring & Quality Assurance:

    • Regularly monitor and update drug indications, dosing assumptions, and cost of treatment (COT) data, ensuring high data quality and accuracy.
    • Perform data checks to ensure all information is up-to-date with the latest official sources, including new product launches and regulatory approvals in key markets like the U.S. and Europe.
  • Regulatory Research:

    • Research and maintain up-to-date knowledge on legislative and regulatory information about pharmaceutical products, including approval dates, SPC/Pi links, and related regulatory data.
  • Client Support:

    • Respond to client inquiries regarding drug pricing and treatment cost calculations. Provide customized reports as needed.

Qualifications

  • Experience:

    • 1-2 years of work experience in pharmaceutical pricing, data analysis, or a related field.
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Basic knowledge of SQL and Macros is a plus.
    • Familiarity with MS Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Education:

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in pharmacy, biotech, or life sciences.
  • Skills:

    • Strong communication skills in English, both written and oral.
    • Excellent time management and ability to learn quickly.
    • Strong conceptual thinking and analytical abilities.

Additional Information

EVERSANA is committed to providing competitive salaries and benefits to all employees. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $115,000 (U.S.-based roles only). Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
