Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. (or equivalent FPGEC from NABP).
  • Active pharmacy license in state(s) of practice with all licenses in good standing.
  • Certified Immunizer preferred.
  • Flexibility to work various schedules, including days, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
