JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title: Safety Data Management Specialist with Czech and/or Slovak


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES

  • Review, rank, verify, process, and document case-related information (event terms, validity, seriousness, special scenarios, timelines, accuracy, and consistency).

  • Assess and process cases based on these evaluations.

  • Review case criteria to determine appropriate workflow for case processing.

  • Identify complex cases and escalate appropriately. Write and edit case narratives.

  • Perform appropriate case follow-up, including the generation of follow-up requests.

  • Verify accuracy and consistency of processed cases and ensure compliance with process requirements.

  • Liaise with local stakeholders and other partners regarding safety data collection and reconciliation.

  • Report to the Drug Safety Team Manager.


QUALIFICATIONS

What You Offer:

  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Czech and/or Slovak.

  • Master’s degree required (Graduation in pharmacy, biology, biotechnology, or equivalent education is an additional advantage).

  • Experience in pharmacovigilance and/or data management preferred but not required.

  • Medical writing experience will be advantageous.

  • Experience with relational databases preferred.

  • Ability to solve routine problems and surface issues constructively with supervision.

  • Ability to make basic decisions with an understanding of consequences.

  • Ability to work in a matrix organization under supervision.

  • Very good computer literacy.
