About the Position:

Are you passionate about ensuring high-quality standards and thrive in a global, dynamic team environment? Novo Nordisk is looking for an Advanced Quality Professional I to join our Quality GBS department in Bangalore, India. In this role, you will be responsible for writing, editing, and managing standard operating procedures (SOPs), user guides, and work instructions, ensuring compliance with content management systems and business requirements. Precision and attention to detail are key to the success of this role, as the quality of your work directly impacts business outcomes and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Write, edit, and manage content for SOPs, user guides, and work instructions in QualityDocs.
Ensure compliance with the content management system and process.
Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and address potential compliance risks.
Track and deliver on KPI targets, reporting progress regularly.
Act independently, taking ownership of tasks/projects while ensuring timely execution.
Provide proactive support for knowledge management and enhance collaboration with stakeholders.
Contribute to the ongoing improvement of cross-functional and global collaboration, sharing best practices and knowledge.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English.
3 to 6 years of experience in content writing, editing, proofreading within a corporate setting.
Highly proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, and image handling tools (e.g., SnagIt, GIMP).
Pharmaceutical industry experience is a plus.
Strong stakeholder management and the ability to work across cultures.
Basic project management skills.
Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, self-motivated, and a team player.
Detail-oriented, curious, and eager to learn.

About the Department:

The SOP Service Center (SSC) is responsible for providing comprehensive editorial services for the QualityDocs system. The team supports multiple projects related to content writing, technical writing, and translations for SOPs. As part of a global team, you will contribute to ensuring high-quality documentation for Novo Nordisk’s operations and quality management systems.
