Job Overview

The Account Manager will promote Sun Dermatology’s Photodynamic Therapy and Cutaneous Oncology products to healthcare providers, clinics, and hospital accounts in the Fresno, CA area. This role requires excellence in account business planning, meeting sales objectives, and fostering strong collaboration with cross-functional field teams, including Customer Engagement, Reimbursement, and Managed Markets.


Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development

  • Develop and execute effective account business plans to optimize sales opportunities.
  • Achieve sales targets through frequent, high-quality interactions with targeted healthcare providers and accounts.
  • Utilize sales reports, CRM, and forecasts to monitor progress and adjust strategies accordingly.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Provide exceptional “concierge-level” service to customers, addressing their needs promptly and professionally.
  • Build trust and credibility with customers by delivering transparent, ethical, and compliant communication.
  • Present detailed scientific and clinical information effectively to healthcare professionals.

Collaboration and Teamwork

  • Coordinate with internal field teams, including Reimbursement and Managed Markets, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Act as a reliable and ethical team member, fostering trust and transparency within the matrix team.

Compliance and Reporting

  • Ensure all activities adhere to company compliance policies and industry regulations.
  • Complete timely call reporting tasks and manage sales budgets efficiently.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Pharmaceutical, Buy-and-Bill Sales, Medical Device, or Cutaneous Oncology.
  • Strong communication skills and clinical acumen.
  • Proven ability to collaborate, innovate, and achieve results.
  • Valid driver’s license.

Preferred:

  • Experience in Medical Dermatology.
  • Expertise in navigating complex reimbursement and access environments.
  • Background in rare disease markets and product launch.
  • Dermatology sales experience in highly competitive environments.
