Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  3. Regulatory Compliance:

  4. Team Collaboration:

    • Lead and mentor healthcare teams to implement quality and safety initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Education:

    • A valid nursing license (RN) and a Bachelor’s degree in nursing; Master’s degree preferred.

  • Experience:

    • Proven leadership experience in quality and risk management within a healthcare setting.

    • Extensive experience in developing and executing quality improvement programs and driving patient safety initiatives.

    • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and healthcare compliance standards.

  • Skills:

    • Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.

    • Strong data analysis and problem-solving capabilities.
